Glass facades, windows and doors supplied and installed in various sizes according to order, executed by expert engineers and skilled, trained technicians.
JCC supplies and installs glass systems for window systems, doors and glass facades in various sizes according to order, using systems manufactured and installed according to approved sizes and specifications.
Tempered glass is heat-treated to increase its strength compared to normal annealed glass. When broken, it shatters into small, relatively harmless granular pieces rather than sharp, jagged fragments, making it a safety glass suitable for a wide range of architectural applications.
Laminated glass consists of two or more glass layers bonded together with a polyvinyl butyral (PVB) or structural glazing (SGP) interlayer. If the glass breaks, the interlayer holds the fragments in place, maintaining the barrier and preventing injury. Laminated glass also provides enhanced acoustic performance and UV filtration.
Insulated glass units (IGUs) consist of two or more glass panes separated by a spacer bar and sealed to create a sealed air or gas-filled cavity. This construction significantly reduces heat transfer, improves thermal insulation, and helps maintain comfortable indoor temperatures while reducing energy consumption for heating and cooling.
Low-emissivity (Low-E) glass features a microscopically thin metallic coating that reflects long-wave infrared energy (heat) while allowing visible light to pass through. In summer, it reflects heat back outside; in winter, it reflects internal heat back into the room. This makes Low-E glass one of the most effective solutions for improving the energy efficiency of glazed buildings.
